Shipping Times
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Every Lost High product is made to order. Production, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and local delivery procedures can extend delivery beyond the estimated window.
International Taxes & Customs
VAT, taxes, customs-processing charges, and local carrier fees are not included unless specifically shown at checkout. For EU orders, we currently handle applicable import duty included in our fulfillment service. However, VAT remains the recipient’s responsibility unless it is specifically collected at checkout. Customs or the local carrier may contact you for payment, identification, documentation, pickup, or another local requirement before delivery. Completing these requirements is the recipient’s responsibility. A package awaiting customs clearance, tax payment, documentation, pickup, or other required recipient action is not considered lost while that process remains available.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will review the available tracking information. If tracking shows the package as delivered, first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, security desks, mailrooms, and the local carrier. Packages confirmed as delivered are not automatically eligible for replacement or refund. Lost High is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery, although we will help review available tracking information where practical.
