We take the quality of all designs on this store very seriously. For any issues regarding errors or mistakes, or a product that arrives differently than it is presented, please email us ASAP. Evidence must be sent within 3 days of delivery. We don't offer refunds or returns, but we will absolutely send a replacement if the product is defective. Also, please note that these hoodies are very soft, and they may arrive in a "flattened" state from the journey. Simply wash and dry once to restore the big luxurious feel. Because we use a modern sublimation printing technique, you can safely wash without worrying about the ink fading or cracking.

Shipping Disclaimer

Lost or stolen packages are NOT guaranteed. (We've had stories of neighbors stealing packages off people's doorstep, and local authorities collecting EXTRA local taxes on packages before delivery -- which we can't be responsible for.) Make sure you are in a location where online deliveries are common and understood.

Shipping Times

After the product is made with the utmost care, then we will pay for shipping. We will send you a tracking number to your email. Printing and shipping can take 2-4 weeks. If you need a last-minute gift for someone, then we recommend emailing them an Instant Gift Card.

This order was placed on Tuesday April 14. Product was finished, inspected and tracking number created on Friday April 17. Estimated delivery = April 29 - May 1. During lockdowns, international shipping, or holiday season, may take longer, but this typical order took a little over 2 weeks to arrive. Tracking number is guaranteed within 2 weeks on every order, which you can use to follow your delivery.

If the product seems "flattened" in the mail after its long journey, just wash and dry to make it very soft and luxurious again. The high-end ink has been sublimated into the fabric, so you can wash as many times as needed without fading or cracking the design.
Each product is cut with old-fashioned care and precision, before we apply the most modern printing techniques in the world on the outside. This is a process that we believe you will appreciate once you feel the product, even though it takes a few weeks to complete.
